Beavis & Bartels completed the final stage of the iconic mixed-use development located in Brisbane CBD.
The precinct comprises of a five-star hotel, premium commercial tower, podium with luxury retail and 82 storeys of residential apartments.
The three-tower Jewel development is Australia’s largest beach front mixed use development.
Beavis & Bartels worked in conjunction with the Multiplex Group to deliver the development including a three-level podium, five star hotel and approximately 510 premium residences.
The 37-storey Mary Street tower features Brisbane’s newest 5-star international hotel, The Westin, with separate facilities for residents and guests including a roof top recreation deck with pool. The four podium levels host a resort-style pool with swim up bar, gymnasium, day spa, function space and restaurant.
Beavis & Bartels worked on the first stage of West End Village, home to the restored heritage listed Peters Ice Cream factory buildings.
The inner-city urban precinct will host more than 1300 apartments, community facilities, a buzzing retail hub and spacious green areas.
Beavis & Bartels delivered the hydraulics package of the $670 million Pacific Fair redevelopment. Now the largest shopping centre in Queensland, Pacific Fair is a world class shopping destination with an additional 1300 parking spaces, 120 new speciality stores, 6 new toilet amenities and more.
Beavis & Bartels have successfully completed the SCUH project which consist of approximately 738 beds, operating theatres and state of the art equipment. Our scope of works included, Plumbing, Gas Fittings, Hydrants & Hose Reels. At peak we had a workforce of approximately 140 plumbers on site.
Beavis & Bartels have recently completed the upgrade of the Logan Hospital project upgrade. The hospital consists of nine operating theatres, four endoscopy suites and around 650 beds through the facility. Our scope of works included Plumbing, Gas Fittings and upgrades to the existing kitchen facility.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the Greenslopes Hospital project which brings the hospital’s capacity to 527 beds, the scope of work included the management of design and construction of extensions to four operating theatres, 90-bed ward block, 32-suite medical centre, associated car parking and infrastructure including upgrading the existing emergency departments.
Beavis & Bartels have commenced the upgrade of the Caboolture Hospital project. The project will consist of a new five storey Clinical Services Building, a new Multi-Storey Carpark, an expansion and refurbishment program that will enhance and modernise spaces within a number of areas of the existing hospital and the relocation of Building Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) into a new facility.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the upgrade of the Lae Hospital in PNG, the project consists up demolition and upgrade of the existing hospital in which is an extremely difficult remote location. Our scope of works is Plumbing, Gas Fittings, Fire Hydrants & Hose Reels & Medical Gasses.
Beavis & Bartels have competed the expansion of the Shoalwater defence base. Our team is working of experienced plumbers are working on the following scope of works – Plumbing, Gas Fittings, Fire Hydrants & Hose Reels 7 stormwater retention.
Beavis & Bartels have commenced the construction of the 63 storey mixed use tower will host an internationally recognised, five-star hotel brand featuring 210 world-class hotel rooms, luxurious amenities and 457 contemporary apartments that will form part of The Star Residences. The project is a Design & Construct with the following scope of works – plumbing, gas fitting & stormwater management.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the construction of the 20-storey residential tower in Milton. The project consists of 175 apartments. The project is a Design & Construct contract with the following scope of works – plumbing, gas fitting & stormwater management.
Beavis & Bartels are currently in the construction of the Queens Wharf gaming on the Queens Wharf development. The project is a Design & Construct contract with the following scope of works – plumbing, gas fitting, beer & beverage python installation.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the Pindara Hospital project expansion. The project included the expansion of the IPU facilities with the scope including plumbing, gas fitting, stormwater & hydrants & hose reels.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the Sunshine Coast City Hall project. The premium office tower is spanned over 9 levels. The scope including of works included is plumbing, gas fitting, stormwater & hydrants & hose reels.
Beavis & Bartels have completed the Gold Coast Airport upgrade with Lend Lease. The project was interrupted due to COVID significantly. Beavis & Bartels’ scope of works was Design & Construct the following services plumbing, gas fitting, stormwater, hydrants & hose reels.
Beavis & Bartels have recently commenced the expansion of the Mater Private Hospital Springfield. Hospital capacity will be expanded and a new Emergency Department, ICU, an outpatient’s department and comprehensive maternity services will be added. The new building spans over 9 levels with a separate Central Energy Plant with services including potable water tanks, pressure pumps, chlorination, filtration and softening plants.
